Thracian Malt Organic, made from two-row barley varieties, is a product of excellent quality cultivated in accordance with international Organic Farming Standards certified by Q-Cert (Q-Organic). It offers a complete variety from Pale Ale malt to Munich, with certified organic raw materials for the production of organic beer. Thracian Malt Organic is the result of our adherence to the traditional German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot), with exclusive use of water and barley, in accordance with Agro 2.1, 2.2 and the most stringent international quality assurance standards (FSCC 22000).
